How do you tell people you’re preggers?  I mean I know how to tell my parents/siblings and my boss, but what about friends and co-workers?

It feels awkward to just insert “I’m pregnant” into a conversation about TPS reports.

Too impersonal and un-professional to send out a blanket email.  “You ladies up for a Mocktail Night?  Hint, hint!”

There is always a facebook status, but that only works en masse if all related parties are active members.  For example:

But as it’s not from the horse’s mouth, I don’t know if people are believing it.

Ideas?
